Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Weaknesses "But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’” – 2 Corinthians 12:9 What if the weaknesses you’ve been ashamed of are the very things God wants to use to shape you? You have been seeing your weaknesses as something of which to be ashamed and have allowed them to define you. Your weaknesses do not define you, but how you respond to them does. Do you allow your weaknesses to define you, or do you let them refine you? Many people see weaknesses as limitations, but what if they are invitations to growth, wisdom, and deeper self-awareness? Instead of avoiding or hiding your weaknesses, you can embrace them as opportunities for transformation. Instead of hiding your weaknesses, why not embrace them as opportunities for vulnerability and humility? Today is the day you need to learn to also use your weaknesses as opportunities to be co-dependent on others, people whom you trust whose strengths are the areas of your weaknesses. Authentic relationships provide us with opportunities to complement each other and our weaknesses are that gateway. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene. Let's build new foundations that support healthier versions of ourselves. 🎨Justice Mathonsi #BuildingFoundations #Weaknesses #Complementary #Codependence #Opportunity #Journal #MorningThought

Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Strength vs Skill "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men." – Proverbs 22:29 Imagine living a life where you not only know your strengths but also develop skills to maximize them. What if the key to your transformation is not learning new skills but refining the right ones that complement your strengths? Many people confuse strengths and skills, assuming they are the same. However, understanding the difference can be transformative. Strengths are natural, while skills are developed. When you align your strengths with the right skills, you unlock true potential and purpose-driven living. Remember this "Raw talent is wasted without refinement. Strength without skill is incomplete." Your transformation does not come from simply knowing your strengths, it comes from sharpening them through intentional learning and skill development. Once you learn what your strengths (natural abilities) are, you will pursue the right skills (learnt abilities) to become effective and transform your life. And once you learn how to transform your life, you will help others to do the same. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene. Sometimes, it is necessary to withdraw your support when circumstances change and people show their true colours. Do not hold on to the past no matter how great the memory or the relationship with the relationship may have been.

Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Learning From Feeback "The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice." – Proverbs 12:15 Many people resist feedback because it can be uncomfortable. But if we only rely on our perception, we might miss important insights about ourselves. Growth happens when we learn to receive feedback with humility and use it for self-improvement. Without any feedback, everything we do is one way, and there will not be growth. And feedback doesn't always have to be positive, however, it must be constructive for it to be valuable, otherwise, it is just criticism. Feedback occurs in many forms. Some feedback happens when your input is shared with others, which validates the impact of what you have done. Sometimes feedback is through the spoken, or written word. Its purpose is never to inflate the ego or flatter the other person but to help them grow. Feedback should always be free because if the recipient pays for it, its authenticity may be questionable. Whenever you give someone feedback, make sure you are authentic and sincere. Make sure your feedback is to help them grow. Similarly, whenever you ask for feedback, be ready to receive unfavourable words, and that is why you need to ask people you trust. Not all feedback will be worth applying because you must process it before applying it to your life. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene. Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Strengths And Weaknesses "Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall." – Proverbs 16:18 We often admire strength, but unchecked strengths can lead to pride, overconfidence, or imbalance. Likewise, weaknesses may seem like burdens, but they can teach humility, resilience, and dependence on God. True wisdom comes from understanding both and learning how to balance them. Many people see strengths as assets and weaknesses as liabilities. However, both play a role in shaping our character, decisions, and purpose. Strengths can become weaknesses if misused, and weaknesses can lead to growth when embraced properly. It is important, therefore, to learn how to leverage your strengths to support your weaknesses while embracing your weaknesses for nothing more than weaknesses rather than a character flaw or imperfection that brings shame. Our strengths draw others to us and our weaknesses draw us to others and create interdependence. Let us therefore run this race of life with humility and understanding. Weaknesses are thorns on our side that keep us humble, therefore, we must rejoice in them. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene. @realDonaldTrump Please sign an executive order to grant Americans free quality health care. Then another to reinstate the independence of TikTok. Will the Afrikaaners whom you've given refugee status be able to farm and have their state? This side they've created one for themselves and called it Orania. I kid you not.

Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Reflections Reflecting on past events is key because it allows you to look back introspectively, and analyse what happened, how you responded, what you could have done better, and what you did great that you could improve upon. Avoid the temptation to plan for the future while in your moment of reflection. It is not about looking back to live in the past. It is not about regretting what you did. It is not about remembering who did what and how you can avenge their injustices against you or anyone else. However, it is about being the observer of past events and studying them, evaluating where and what could be improved. It is about learning from what happened so that you do not repeat the past. It is about learning from your successes for improvement. If you have been journaling, this is the best time to go back to your entries and review them to discover your emotional and mental states during certain times. Avoid being judgemental or self-condeming. It's a process that is meant for your growth, not condemnation. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene. Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Overcoming The Fear of Honest Self-Assessment "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." – John 8:32 Have you ever avoided thinking about certain aspects of your life because it was too uncomfortable? Maybe it's a habit you know you need to change, a weakness you don’t want to admit, or an area where you feel stuck. Avoiding the truth only delays your growth. And self-awareness is not about self-criticism. It is about recognizing where you are so you can become who you are meant to be. Self-assessment requires courage that many people avoid deep reflection because they fear what they might discover about themselves. However, true growth comes when we face our realities with honesty, grace, and a willingness to change. Sometimes, self-assessment requires that you look at yourself through the eyes of a stranger, the eyes of those who love you, and through the eyes of your critics so that you discover the truth of who you are and where you need to grow. Dare greatly to venture into places that scare you so that you are strong enough not to be afraid of the unknown. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene. Morning Thought 💭: Building The Foundations Journaling As A Reflection Tool "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it." – Habakkuk 2:2 Throughout history, people have recorded their experiences, prayers, and revelations to preserve wisdom and gain clarity. Journaling is not just about writing—it is about self-awareness, personal growth, and creating a record of God’s faithfulness in your life. What if the answers you’re searching for are already inside you, waiting to be written down? Journaling is not about being judgemental or fearing that someone else will discover what you've written and invade your privacy. Journaling allows you to sit with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to reveal your thoughts to you. It allows you to find moments where you delight yourself in the Lord so that He may give you the desires of your heart. Journaling is also about recording your experiences, prayers and answers, a roadmap of where you have been, what you've done, and how you have conquered. It is about writing your life story one word at a time. Then one week, one month, or one year-end you sit with your journal and reflect on the time that has been and discover that your thoughts and recollection of past events were not as accurate as how you actually experienced them. Own your journaling process and hold yourself accountable to the truth you write. My name is Coach Zibuse L Kunene.
