Working paper with @jasonmfletcher @Q_StatGen is online now! We use spousal interaction in genetic propensities as an novel instrumental variable to estimate the lifelong consequences of fertility on both females and males.
Fertility reduces femalesā extraversion and years of working, and some evidence indicates that fertility reduces both malesā and femalesā lifetime number of jobs worked, from Boyan Zheng, Qiongshi Lu, and @jasonmfletcher
