@willlocher13 ❤️I'm fine with the result as I live in Toronto. My only expenses were the ticket and gas. But for those who spent a lot of money on this LAN, the result is completely unfair. launders posted a new solution. I’m not sure how others feel about it, but I think its a sincere remedy

@acclockdfuelon @shyuxbets @launders Anyways, Launders LAN was awesome, but they should've done better to prevent such annoying things if they wanted to build their own brands. like setting up the network and PCs in advance to ensure everything was ready to run, foreseeing potential tech issues and having plan B.

@willlocher13 Round 1 games were delayed for like 4-5 hrs. I’m not sure what exactly happened with the Round 1 teams, but for the Round 2 teams, the server was unplayable. They turned off half the PCs at the venue and changed the network today. Hope the playoff run goes smoothly.

(5/5) Now, Round 2 teams missed the chance to play their first match on HLTV or potentially win prize money. All Round 2 teams were ruthlessly eliminated, even though it wasn’t the players’ fault.

(4/5) This is completely unfair to the Round 2 teams. We wasted a whole day at the venue when we were supposed to compete fairly and enjoy the game and lan vibe.

(2/5) Bro, like we didn’t even play 1 single game and being told we were eliminated lol. I heard some players drove 10+ hrs to Toronto to attend the lan. Some players paid a lot of money for flights and accommodation.

(1/5) We were lagging so hard during the game, the ping went to 1400+ ms, we encountered net jitter, and we were teleporting in the game... After just two rounds, the server crashed. Then we were informed that we’d been eliminated and would get the ticket refund.
