If we can shift our focus a bit from fixing workers to fixing their work and pay, we could have more engaged employees, higher productivity, and a better customer experience. Yes, that’s harder to do but would fix the real problem.

When it comes to unglamorous work inside factories, stores, restaurants, nursing homes... it's as if we've settled for mediocrity: mistakes, bad service, low productivity If we valued this work, we would value workers, give them good jobs, have a stronger middle class&more hope
