@FriedScream Yeah...charging below minimum wage is not something I will be able to afford forever, nor is it something I would encourage any other creator to do tbh. I'm just lucky to have other sources of income atm.

@FriedScream It's a terribly difficult situation for me tbh, I love taking new singers under my wing and see them literally SOAR after just a little nudge... A couple thousand dollars is NOT something I'm comfortable asking from someone testing their wings. What if they decide not to fly?

@raelaveire I saw this post as well and it sent me on a spiral LOL. I'm guilty for charging so ridiculously low that I couldn't afford to keep comms open anymore. I'm working on a restructure though so hopefully that works out 🥹

Though I've been constantly encouraged to raise my rates, it's important to me that my services are accessible to VTubers that need it. I want to empower my clients and help them realise their full potential at a price they can afford. This means less people get the service.
