New paper by @cyberlyra and I in a @sociologica_ special issue on failure looks at how constraining time/money in public sector orgs like NASA and the Census Bureau can introduce risk. In short, resource binds can trigger legitimacy crises.

The Kids Online Safety Act isn’t designed to help kids. Congress is using kids to hold Big Tech accountable. Kids will get hurt in the process.
