@BrianLehrer Found all the metal pipes on the sidewalk to build two metal pipe clothing racks. Would be $300 each normally to build!

@Gothamist @BrianLehrer @NYCMayor #askthemayor how does it make sense to have no mandate for cops and still allow for weekly testing and masking, but for all the citizens to be mandated no weekly testing option to be offered to use restaurants etc. Seems backwards. There will be discipline?
