I wasn't the biggest fan of the prose, but listening to the audiobook while reading along made that issue nonexistent. I loved it. I loved Judge Holden and his sheer presence is something I never felt before, he always seems to loom over the novel.

I've started reading Twim and completed the first 26 chapters. Absolute phenomenal start icl, especially the whole Aomori Police station bombing incident. Its amazing how Arai sensei grasps the idea of humanity and puts its masterfully on paper

Shakespeare masterfully portrays the dichotomy of public persona versus private self through Brutus and Caesar. It critiques political machinations and human nature; it's really a timeless commentary on ambition and consequence.I had some difficulties reading it

Possibly the greatest prose of all time. The fact that literature can do what Nabokov did with Lolita is amazing. It's straightup mesmerizing, and despite its subject matter, it's so compelling that you can't help but be drawn in. This is literary genius.
