Users deposit funds into ZEX by transferring them to smart contracts owned by a key distributed among nodes hosting the ZEX and withdraw by querying a threshold signature from nodes and submitting it as a transaction to the contracts.

By removing consensus limitations with Zellular batch sequencing, signature verification was the key bottleneck for scaling zApps.
Today, we successfully tested 750k signature verifications using a 4x V100 GPU.
With 3/4 of the goal achieved, we’re closer then ever to 1m TPS!
