I realize Scandis and Ukrainians might be the only Europeans to be aware of these, but in Canada we have what are called “Forests”, that are big collections of “trees”, and get a fair bit of precipitation called “snow”, that makes that difficult

The Hungarians were basically turkicized finno-ugrics who left Siberia/Urals, migrated to Europe, settled, kept the language but intermixed enough with locals they’re genetically mostly just Germanic and Slavic now
