This is why EVERYONE arrested in the U.S. should be let out. When cops are doing this left and right, and prosecutors are withholding exculpatory evidence (i.e. evidence in the favor of the defendant), there is a reasonable doubt for everyone.
The fact that this officer did this to an estimated *100 people* with his body camera ON speaks to how confident police are that they won’t face any consequences for their own criminality.
