Im all for Katowice erasure, for the past 5 years the crowds have been so ass and underwhelming. Move the event to Bern!
It's because the city isn't giving the Arena for "Free" anymore. Since the government changed and certain changes in the local City ESL basically has to pay a "normal" rate for the Arena. The previous deal has expired and now ESL isn't making as much money from this event as they did. This was already mentioned last year as well. It's very likely that next year Katowice will only have the Impact Tournament with the Expo not the main arena. It's all money related. Plus Saudi is pushing strong for ESL to put more events in their country or region. Again this isn't new. It was already talked about last year.
