Jun Giray is set to undergo an open heart surgery para maisaayos ang butas sa puso niya. A public school teacher, Jun wants to live longer para maituloy ang pagtuturo at matulungan ang mga batang maabot ang kanilang pangarap. But with the meager income of his family, hindi kakayanin ni Jun ang higit P800K na gastos for his procedure. Jun sought the help of Ako Bicol, and we pledged to shoulder the expenses for his procedure. Ako Bicol is much willing to assist those in need, lalo na ang mga gaya ni Jun whose mission in life is to help others. Dahil sa pagkakasakit ng ovarian cancer ng misis ni Joseph, naubos ang kanilang ipon. Kaya ngayong nagkaroon din siya ng sakit sa bituka, wala nang mapagkunan si Joseph ng pampagamot sa asawa.
