Not sure if serious. Aerith is her own character. Tifa is a blank slate for self-inserters. — Tifa had proper time to shine throughout the entire game. It’s why you have many people praise her. The same can’t be said for Aerith. She was disappointing.

I can’t stress this enough: Cloud took Denzel with him cuz he thought Aeris sent the kid to him… he literally thought Denzel was THEIR child. Meaning? Cloud wants a family with Aeris. Not Tifa. That’s it. Also Tifa didn’t want Denzel at first and was jealous when Cloud told her.
