Still probably ever so slightly ahead resume wise than you were before Baylor but big game now against a West Virginia team that's beatable but dangerous. Mountaineers have beaten Kansas (A) and Iowa State (H). Regroup and take care of business

Basically the inverse of the game in MC, close first half, home team runs away in the second half. The formula for this team is simple: take care of the glass and the ball. 12 TOs turned into 24 Bearcat points, obliterated on the glass, Cincy w/ 8 more ORBs and +16 2nd chance pts

Oh yeah, 6 BYU turnovers for 12 Cincy points did not help either

Cincy at a sizzling 1.708 PPP in the second half, were hitting so many middys the margin of error was slim but BYU did not help themselves, have given up 7 offensive rebounds in the half and a few fouls that were ill timed

Dang, mentioned it on the broadcast but probably went a little too long with the lineup that got you back in it. Can do it if you're near perfect the rest of the way but the offensive glass got away from them last few possessions

Lineup was nails defensively in that game in November, held Vipers to 0.511 PPP in five possessions. Doing a pretty good job 6 possessions so far here too, Cincy only 0.833 PPP over those six possessions and turned it over twice

Great job from Dallin to push the pace after the make with Cincy a man down. Kanon sticks it and BYU is back within 8

Mihailo plays hard but can try to do a little too much. I like his minutes so far but the sailed lob to Kanon and a foul with 4 seconds on the shot clock are rough. Activity defensively makes it not matter though as they force a shot clock violation after the foul

Hall/Stewart/Baker/Catchings/Boskovic has seen 5 possessions so far this season, all against Miss Valley State in November (per

Trey Stewart is 3/6 from distance so far this year

Career high 3 point makes from James now. The shooting is what it is, you have to be nails in other aspects of the game and giving up an offensive rebound and then a pick 6 a few possessions later won't get it done

+2 meaning BYU has two less turnovers than Cincy, that one didn't quite make sense re reading it haha

Neither team hit double digit rebounds in the first half. Both ended up 1 short at 9, crazy

Trevin with another screen in Spain to loosen up Egor for a bucket. Really thinking I might try and go back and see how many of Egor's rim makes have been off of Trevin screens
