@RicksterTech Thanks for the kind words, and I can definitely understand that aspect of it. It always feels good to support an artist, small business, etc. it just sucks to look at some of this AI work and wish I could draw like that, only to find out a machine made it in a matter of seconds.

@spottyleocat That is fair. You definitely find some wonky flaws in most AI work. But it’s still a tough pill to swallow when I see AI works getting more attention than real art.

@ByTheBroken1 And I certainly don’t mean to talk down to anyone who chooses to use AI. It’s not going away. But it’s a tough pill to swallow that I could gain that many followers by not drawing and just typing a prompt. 😕

@Foxenkraft I’m not even as worried about the money, it’s just really demotivating when I have a hard time telling what’s real and what’s AI these days. And find myself wishing I could draw something that looks as good as what a machine crapped out in 10 seconds.

@vevans0009 I feel like my work ends up with more imperfections than AI at this point. But I truly appreciate the support and kind words.

@yipsish I appreciate that, but the more I see AI advance, the harder it is for me to even be able to tell at a glance what is made by a professional artist or a machine. And it’s super demotivating to see a piece that I am like “damn, I wish I could do that” and find out it’s AI.

@TheSilverMane I appreciate that. But I don’t feel like there is really any “soul” in my work anyway. My works don’t have any underlying meaning. They are mostly made just for sexy’s sake.
