@caesarXVth Yeah it indeed is. I don't know why Mongolia is considered EMEA. If you're trying to go pro in lol from Mongolia, you'd have to learn the game while playing on 130 ping and reach Challenger. Even if you make it to high elo, you'd then have to participate in ERL tryouts on 130ms.
