Yup. It’s better with a team focused on growth feeding the different teams: product, marketing, CX on what they need to do better (using data), the teams focus on how and they review results with growth. That way, the core of each team is not compromised.
I’m leaning more towards growth not being a marketing function. It’s too all encompassing to only leave that burden to marketing.
