@0npurpose_ As someone who has suffered through law school with adhd, sometimes exam anxiety + hyperfixation + time blindness will truly wipe away ur ability to rest. Sometimes u force urself to work through it bc u really think u can, or ur so keyed up that stopping doesn’t even register.
