Ima be honest I listened to shera when I first experienced uhhh no contact, and I think she complicated things for me. Shorty after, I got into LOA and that saved my entire life, I’ll never listen to shera again lol. That’s just not who I am and I don’t want to be like that

Yeah my mom’s been in the hospital there in Tampa since April, some people just don’t have a choice. But the hospital is safer than like my aunts homes or my cousins home (which is like destroyed from the previous hurricane anyway lol)

I heard the shampoo/conditioner/creme is what made people lose hair (rosemary mint line) but I used the oil before and it saved my hair and made it stop shedding. And I’m currently shedding now from stress and I’m using that oil again bc I know it works
