An old character design inspired by the Rapa Nui festival on Easter Island. I designed it as two separate entities: the upper part represents the sky (controlling wind), and the lower part represents the ocean (summoning water). Together, they can surf through the world.

@TheGreyInMe The line art layer was originally red, with the layer mode set to Procreate's "Color Burn." In fact, many subtle changes to the lines were redrawn later on a normal layer. Using layers alone can't achieve everything in one go XD
