Shippable versions of work For big projects at work, "I'm still working on it" is a completely acceptable response. For days. For weeks. For months. Not surprising given that we have quarterly goals. Why? "It's a big project, of course it's going to take time" Anything that we work on, can have a shippable version that can be done in day Writing a whitepaper? A shippable version is a document with just your research inputs Spec for a new feature? A shippable version is just documenting your opinion on the problem UI for a new feature? A shippable version is a Google Slides or pen & paper mock. The new feature itself? A shippable version is a AI coded MVP or an extremely scoped down MVP Starting a new podcast? A shippable version is a ideal guest list Shippable versions lets us iterate quickly and also holds us accountable to deliver something It’s overwhelming to think of big stuff but you can always break it down into versions that you can ship in a day. Your updates shouldn’t be about “Here’s what I’m working on today”, it should be about “Here’s what I’m shipping today”

@alwaystheauthor @elevenlabsio I tried it out, didn't make a big difference. But I have been trying different prompts. Now that I've tried this detailed prompt, I realized that maybe Eleven Labs does not account for the prompts as much. You should also try it on the Eleven Labs to test out a conversation agent
