Let's explore them a bit more. 🛠️ How Do Flash Loans Work? A Flash Loan lets you borrow a large amount of cryptocurrency instantly without providing any collateral. The catch? You must pay it back within the same transaction. If you fail to repay, the entire transaction gets reversed, and it’s like the loan never happened. 🌟 Simple Analogy: 1️⃣ Imagine you go to a store and say: "Let me borrow this gold bar for one minute. I’ll sell it, make a profit, and buy it back before anyone notices it’s gone." If you succeed, you keep the profit. If you fail, it’s like you never borrowed the gold bar at all. 2️⃣ Real World Example: Arbitrage Opportunity: You notice Bitcoin is cheaper on Exchange A and more expensive on Exchange B.
