6/24)Do punishments if you do binge. I have my own GC where we set a goal on Monday of how much we should lose by Sunday. If you don’t reach the goal you set by 8pm Sunday, you have to do a GC punishment (ours was eating a whole chocolate bar and videoing yourself doing so)
