驱车六个小时到凤凰城，专程看望李淑娴老师。 李老师90岁了，走路要扶着车了，但头脑清晰，声音洪亮，记忆力惊人（比我好！）跟我大聊了快三个小时还不显累，是我怕她太累才坚持离开的。 聊起很多三十多年前我们在北大的往事：方励之被邓小平点名开除党籍后，李老师出马竞选海淀区人大代表，最高票当选；我大一的时候在北大办民主沙龙，校方阻挠，我请来李老师参加，被校方故意浇水破坏；方李两位老师出书，我在校园里组织签字售书，等等等等。当然都是陈年往事，但至今想起，仍有激情燃烧的感觉。八十年代，和那个年代的北大，是我人生至今最为美好的记忆。 怕李老师难过，我尽量回避聊到方励之老师。但最后合影留念，背后是方老师去世前最后一节课的板书（校方赠予了李老师）。结果还是难过了😭 但不管怎样，要对关心李老师的朋友们交代一下：老师精神矍铄，身体健康，大家放心！
