@flipkartsupport No your specialist did not provided resolution he just said that FK cannot help, go to Bluestar, now even the BS service centre owner is saying on recording go to FK. The product is faulty and it needs to be replaced.

Bought AC from @Flipkart first they delayed the instln by 5+ days and when it was instald we found out that AC is faulty and broken AC was sent. FK just clearly refused to help with this, no refund, no replacement. Think 1000 times bfore buying anything from FK. #FraudFlipkart

@flipkartsupport Why should you chat privately, why don't you just reply here like your CC agent did and clearly say that once the product is sold, FK is not responsible for anything. Even if the product sold is faulty. Once customer has paid, it doesn't matter if product is working or not.
