Agree, Arteta wasted a lot of money on players that didn't elevate the team's quality in the positions that required reinforcement. Signings like Marquinhos, Fabio Viera, Lokonga, Tavares, Kiwior and he overspent on LBs and never made enough signings in attack after Trossard.
