Tyreek Hill SO yr was an 11.2/21.9 runner. Start of SR yr 10.6/21.6, not until mid season he runs 10.19/20.14. Wasn’t a top tier sprinter out the gate…however T&F w/ proper coaching helped develop into the speed he has. This is why we say run track

So Christian Miller posted he didn’t make the US relay pool. As disappointed as he and many others are, can you really blame them. The US have had HORRIBLE luck with exchanges in 4x1. Honestly, did we really think they’d put a HS’er in the SF w/ most likely min. practice???

So proud of this little girl! Lolo punched her ticket to AAU Nationals in the 9 yr/old 400m placing 2nd in one of the toughest regions; also PR’d by 2 sec running 1:12.85.

I told my Freshman 400m runner if she ran sub 60 and qualified to state I’d give her a chick-fil-a card. Needless to say she ran 59.24 and will be in the finals next Saturday. Will gladly run that card hahaha

2 yrs ago today I was blessed to awards these young ladies with their T&F State ‘ship rings. The part I take most pride in is that 7 of the 8 young women are now in college on scholly! Looking to make it 8/8! This is what RV Girls T&F is about! Who’s ready for another 🏆🥇???
