@cineworld No, I know that. My experiences at Cineworld have generally been far better than elsewhere. It's our chain of choice. It was an irritation, but it didn't ruin the film. I just hoped this would get to you so someone could call and sort it. No major drama.

@cineworld Sure, but the last thing anyone wants to do is get up and leave the film and miss a chunk of it. Would completely ruin it for me. The lights were on full blast for half an hour until one of the other viewers did just that. Poor them.

@PlayerTek great device, but charging cable flimsy & broke after few uses. Waiting on slow reply from customer support. Sitting here with useless device currently. Very disappointing support so far. Order #PT112031
