Esports: Fast early circles, more loot, slower late circles so you can actually fight people.
Pubs: Low loot, slow circles, difficult to find players, fast end circles.
The difference is huge, I wish public was esports mode.

If you are a long time pro who did not qualify, I encourage you to keep pursuing your dream if PUBG was important enough to set aside your time in the first place. It's better to use mistakes/underperformance as motivation for the future instead of getting down on yourself.

The guys played super well in LCQ. For the viewers that don't understand, we had to keep another team from qualifying to increase our PGC chances. Format should be 18-24 games and 16 teams instead of 24 in groups so this happens less often.
