Yale Law Journal describes Article 3. How Articles 2 and 1 apply to Article 3. It explains a judges conduct for tenure and the removal of a judge for conduct violation. A federal judge can be removed without impeachment and conviction of Congress. That's how I read it anyway. Read it, yourselves. I posted only the heading and the conclusion below.
