@rand0mch4r4ct3r @mikecosgrove That doesn't really mean anything. Rent vs mortgage is a no brainer except in the extremes of tiny rent vs astronomically high mortgage. Generally though both payments are comparable. Housing is a necessity, the actual choice is at least partial ownership vs none

However, that obviously creates space in the market for a different business as demand during school periods is clearly not being met with supply. This is how markets work
