Ask China who just depleted it's tungsten supply to USA. Which you need for your weapons and superconductors. The tarriff countries as a whole have the leverage.

Most of the gear I've purchased on the civilian side of life is far better than what was issued by CAF. My firearms are better, my battle rattle is on par with it but wildly more comfortable.
