@BluesHogNation It turn out excellent just to let you know. Now I did not smoke it in a smoker I did it in a dehydrator. I used eye of round for the meat.

@ESECtrainingDan @FireMedic40NJ Also when you tell them you have a extend scene time they still check on you (20 min) when you are trying to carry a pt out of a house and you have to stop put the pt down and tell them we are fine and pick up the pt and move them again. It only myself and my partner

@ESECtrainingDan @FireMedic40NJ at the 20 min check mark another crew arrived and advised that the we was working a cardiac arrest but they still did a status check which is stupid.

@FireMedic40NJ Today our dispatch is batting 100 percent every transmission we do we have to repeat 3 times to them cause they cannot copy us or static or we are cutting out. I have a scanner it clear as a bell Found out they are not paying attention.

@rbarishansky @FireMedic40NJ Same with our dispatch OR they didn't copy our traffic or static and or get the whole reply on read back wrong. Yesterday twice they told us we was going to Columbia to a NH. Guess what it actually Concordia but if we complain nothing is done.

@FireMedic40NJ @jab_doc I wish Lucas device would connect to the scoop that way you don't have to use that back piece and they pt doesn't move as much. In the 80's we had the Thumper and we modified a backboard so the Thumper device slide in to place and stayed there.

@jab_doc @FireMedic40NJ I always used the scoop on geriatrics on falls with possible broken hips. My only problem was if they were sitting up and trying to get them on the cot scoop didn't work cause to lay them down caused more pain.

@FireMedic40NJ @jab_doc They where I use a lot on my MVC does a good job of stabilizing my pt with multisystem trauma. Some hospital are cool with it and some or not thinking it harming the pt with breaking down the pressure points on the skin due to our 1 hour transport times to Level 1 trauma cen.

@jab_doc @FireMedic40NJ Back in the late 80's University of Missouri wanted to have all pt placed on those on motor vehicle crashes due to barely any pressure points on the middle of the back and how the curve in toward the body. I do like the new ones that are green color and easier to use.

@hartgoat A an EMSs person we get these call once a day. She may have txt/called someone and said a key word which concerned that person who received the txt/call and called 911. Pinging a Phone is normal procedure if there no address to find the person if there is concern of self harm.
