It was a challenging experience, but thanks to Tokio, the implementation was pretty straightforward.

This was an unexpected finding because the sender in an mpsc channel operates asynchronously, while the sender in a broadcast channel operates synchronously. It turns out that, at times and not always the case, synchronous operations can be faster than asynchronous ones.
