Aegon has no claim to the throne beyond being a man. He was younger and he wasn't the king's chosen.

i just think abt how aegon and rhaenys inheritance matters are very similar to each other. both were (or was tried to) skipped from the inheritance that belonged to them by law, all in favour of whoever the king wanted to put as his heir. viserys for rhaenys, rhaenyra for aegon.

Team Black has always been the main characters of Dance. It's Rhaenyra and Daemon story, Baela and Jace get more attention and action than other kids, it's Lucerys's death that sets the war in emotion and more.
