last 2 buildings are almost done. the white one is keaton and jhe's townhouse, middle one has a gym/yoga studio on the first floor then 4 studio apartments on the upper floors that have kitchen/bath done. last one is student housing with 12 small apartments, totally empty for now

It seems that the recent sims 4 patch has introduced a bug related to moodlets/buffs, if you load your game, your sim will lose any moodlets/buffs that are not tied to traits/motives/statics, hidden or visible.
