Today I shared information w/ some staff that their role would be changing this year. I’m sure that this was disappointing news for a lot of them. Within the hour, they were reaching out asking what they needed to do & asking for resources. This is what a team is all about! #Home.

Parent on my sons hockey team was telling me about a young man they met while getting a haircut. He was wearing a Purdue sweatshirt & told them he played football. The young man asked the boy all about what he was into and liked to do. Cam Craig is a class act! TY @CeltsFootball.

After interviewing candidates for one of our openings, I offered the job to one individual. She accepted & said a big reason was the secretary who talked w/her while she waited. She said she loved the energy, kindness, & her overall “vibe”. Everyone plays a part in culture! 👊.

To think that I had this girl in my Algebra class in 7th grade. 😳 Abby is now a world class athlete and has always been a world class person. Congratulations Abby Steiner and continue to work hard and do the right things.
