Nagayama didn't loosen his legs till the referee said stop.
Garrigos is the one who doesn't respect the rule of Judo and is lack of sportsmanship. Nagayama knew handshaking and going off tatami means he accepts the misjudge. That's why he refused to do it.

Garrigós didn't stop squeezing Nagayama for a while even after the referee said and signed to stop. You can see it on the video. Also Nagayama said he heard the referee said ''stop''. This is totally unfair judge.

Probably it's too difficult to understand for them. Even if you don't know the rule well, you know it's clearly foul if you don't stop when the referee said stop.

Garrigos should be responsible for his play. He should have been judged as disqualified. His play was too dangerous and disrespectful which shows he has no sportsmanship. Shame on Garrigos. I'm deeply happy for Smetov to beat Garrigos and won the gold medal eventually.

Players have to follow the rules at least. When the referee said stop, they have to stop at any sports,at any match even if it is a greatest competition in the world. If not, it would be just a wild animals fight.

地方民が多いからこそ都政のことなんてどうでも良くて行かないのかも。転勤者とか4年以内には東京から去ることもザルだろうし。東京を身近に感じている人は投票行ってます。現都民の中でも東京に根付いている住民は高齢者が多いからこういう結果なのかもしれない。
