We are working a major incident on the Greenway trail between Mar Vista St and the 5 Points intersection. Please stay out of the area.

On 5/20/21 at about 9:00pm, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the 12300 block of Slauson. Officers discovered two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second is listed in stable condition.   (562) 567-9286

Suspicious Death Investigation** On May 15, 2021 at about 7:30am we were called to a detached garage at 12336 Pasadena Street about a male adult who was found deceased from a gunshot wound. This Shooting is not random in nature and the investigation is still ongoing.

Due to construction of a new city sewer main on Mar Vista St at Calmosa Ave, traffic delays are expected from 08/19/2020 to 09/04/2020. Construction hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. To decrease traffic congestion motorists are advised to use alternative routes.

320AM... We are assisting Los Angeles County Fire Department with a brush fire in Turnbull Canyon near Skyline Drive. Canyon is currently closed. Helicopters are being used to combat the fire.

The countywide curfew has been extended and will begin tonight Monday June 1, 2020 and end tomorrow Tuesday June 2, 2020.
