After decades of negative branding by the right, Biden has taught a new generation the value of unions. Without a voice and a seat at the table, CEOs have no incentive to share the fruits of productivity with the people who created it. Don’t count on largesse. Count on leverage.

This is what Biden is doing for ordinary Americans by executive order, even without the help of Congress. In his 2nd term, we will see this kind of reform in industry after industry. A Democratic Congress would make these orders permanent. #VotingMatters.
