Just been pruning the outdoor plant and found this. It has to be the cutest little leaf I’ve ever seen. So uniform and tiny haha I love it. 🍃🥰

@RichEIREjonesy I used a salty squid wafter with pellet over the top. Left the line out for 6 hours and it ripped off. My hook was a size 8 curve shank so small and single for winter but it worked

@bailesw487 I only fish for carp really because I like getting cosy in the bivvy. Just set the trap and wait for the beep lol. It has been hard fishing so far this year but today made up for it

Just had to pay a £422.29 council tax bill. The reason is because their automated system didn’t designate my payments to the right account. So they kept taking my money and not knocking it off my yearly bill. Now I’m £422.29 in arrears with threatening bailiff letters and they’ve lost my other transactions even though I have bank statements as proof. Their best advice was “pay it anyway and when we finally allocate your payments we will take it off next years bill. But if you don’t pay, your goods will be removed and sold and you will incuur additional charges on-top” Absolute stitch up, there is no other words. So now I have to pay the council who I have proof I’ve already paid but because it’s not showing on “their system” the payments didn’t go through…. Apparently!
