@British_Airways the IT department definitely is having a meltdown. Not only can I not get my bookings on the app or even get into my account via the PC and web but when I ring up British Airways they also can’t get into it. This is an ongoing issue. Please sort out your IT

Can you imagine if in our business we half delivered a product ! Half a meal, or a meal not what ordered or delayed time!! Wouldn’t even occur to us - let alone do it for months!
