Another chance to get on the track! Current and former boys are invited to run a nice & easy 1 mile run or a competitive 1 mile run on the track at WCHS at 6:30pm on Monday, 12/23. Or just come and watch! Bring some food to share as we head to BCC after (around 7pm) to catch up!

Check your email for the 3x a week meeting times for winter training until the start of the January semester. Training for everyday is on the google sheet each athlete has been invited to see.
