Context matters. The character is played in a way that is supposed to come off as a guy. The actress fails in this because she is a woman and speaks, acts, moves and looks like a woman. She does not make a believable man. Did that help you comprehend?

Googled her and she's a woman. Confused maybe, but a woman. A biological female. Play pretend all you want, but reality is reality. And no, the fallout main characters aren't "bi" or "pan". The games don't focus on sexuality at all actually. Girl playing boy breaks immersion.

Because you as the player makes that decision for your character. The lore for the player character has nothing about that shit. And yea reality is reality. A woman is an adult human female. A man is and adult human male. Biology is a fact. Sex is final. X-dressing changes nada

There's a difference with a believable character and one that is not. This is not. This is pretending something is something it isn't. Having a gay or trans character is fine. It's when the audience have to pretend they don't see what they see that there is a problem.

Exactly. The character tries to come off as a boy. But it's still a very girly performance and not believable. "Acts like a boy" means you try to come off as male gender. "Acts girly" means feminine mannerisms. "Girly"isn't a gender it's a descriptive word for something feminine
