Today is the 4th annual Iowa high school girls state wrestling tournament. Norwalk will have our first two girls ever competing in this event! Junior Madeline Benge and Senior Maddy Lepley! These girls have worked so hard and we are pumped for their opportunity to compete here!!

Our big guys Maddux- For as much credit as Maddux gets, it's still not enough. He took a tough loss in the semi final round in a match we wish we could do over. So many times you see kids quit after taking a tough loss. Not our guy. The guy battles back and takes 3rd!

Kolton Borcherding-Johnson: I will never question his toughness or discipline ever again! Lost 50 lbs to make the line up and wrestled with a torn labrum all season long! He faced So much adversity and still qualified for state and won 3 matches! State title is his next goal!
