@HMRCcustomers Three hours of waiting after being told this is not the correct number and being passed over several times only to be given 0300 2003310 as the correct number however there are never enough operators to answer this number whatever time you call.

@RoyalMailHelp is there anyway of actually speaking to someone about a parcel listed as delivered, that hasn’t been delivered? Website is useless
