Was talking this morning with a patient in his 50’s who I started taking care of recently. Long history of bladder and upper tract urothelial cancer. Told me they had to declare bankruptcy 2 yrs ago due to treatment costs (>$60k OOP at the time). Lost house. Beyond infuriating.
