you CAN plagiarize work though, the programs that feed on work save data off of copyrighted work. that is where the plagiarizing occurs. obviously you cant plagiarize style, but the work is being saved as noise data with the intention and ability to recreate them.

My future workflow:
- SD to get a nice character
- DreamCraft3D to get a model
- Maybe Mixamo to rig them (I hope it'll work)
- Screenshot on different angles of the 3D model
- Img2Img with SD to get perfect output in perfect pose/angle.

no, stable diffusion as a base is trained on all of those other images by default, it requires all of that data to function. they "aimed" the output of that dataset using VHD. you are making up false information to make your argument sound reasonable. it is not.

i think the factor im missing from your perspective is scale. when people are taking art off of google to repost, they arent adding anything to the ecosystem. with AI, they're constantly bulking it up with spam, making it harder and harder to find actual artists work.
