@MarkSBurley @ground_guru So important. Playing with friends, proximity, alleviate family challenges, allow 9-12 year olds to be young people and not professionals. There is an ethos of amateurism to this and I mean that in the positive sense. Love of the game!

If you know you know)… But we absolutely need to be ‘in’ coaching. It’s an interaction, not just running a practice or session
